CRONA Nurses are writing in and sounding the alarm.  Here’s what we heard from a Nurse with more than 30 years at Stanford:

“I’ve been through renovations, construction and now more construction. As Stanford gets bigger the nurses get smaller. I mean smaller in how nurses are valued by the hospital.  There is so much at stake here. I want the younger nurses to realize just how important this moment is. With the new hospitals and the new renovations to come, we are most certainly going to be put at the bottom of the priority list unless we stand strong for our desire to be safe and well compensated for our hard work and years of service.”
